“Binding of Ca2+ and La3+ ions at the loosely structured segment of the cytoplasmic domain of a chloroplastic ubiquitin ligase”.

– Analysis of the Arabidopsis thaliana SPL2cyt sequence by the IUPred2A algorithm (prediction of disordered regions);
– CD spectra of purified recombinant SPL2cyt at increasing Ca2+ and La3+ concentrations;
– Comparison of intrinsic tryptophan to Tb3+ FRET between wild type SPL2cyt and D317WSPL2cyt.
