“The development of gene therapy for Hutchinson-Gilford progeria”.

A. The cellular model of Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome for genetic drug selection. The model was created by transduction with a retroviral vector. B. A process of genetic drug selection by analysis of the changes in fluorescence intensity measured by flow cytometry and analysis of proteins level after drug treatment analyzed by Western Blot.
