Lack of AtFTSH4 or AtOMA1 protease leads to accumulation of mitochondrial protein aggregates which causes plant morphological changes at 30°C.

“Effect of ribosomal protein S10 deficiency on RNA metabolism in Arabidopsis mitochondria”.

Deficiency of mitoribosomal S10 protein leads to accumulation of monocistronic transcripts from dicistronic units and affects biogenesis of 18S rRNA and sRNA distribution in Arabidopsis mitochondria.
