Effect of inactivation of genes encoding selected nucleotide-sugar transporters on the N- and O-glycans produced by HEK293T cells. WT – wild type cells, A2KO – inactivation of the SLC35A2 gene (KO – knock-out), A3KO – inactivation of the SLC35A3 gene, A2 / A3KO – simultaneous inactivation of the SLC35A2 and SLC35A3 genes by using the CRISPR-Cas9 system.
